Every race, all season long, will air live on Sirius channel 94 and XM channel 208, including the 2012 FORMULA 1 MONTREAL GRAND PRIX on Sunday, June 12 from Gilles Villeneuve Circuit in Montreal and the return of the UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX in Texas on Sunday, November 18. The FIA Formula One World Championship™ is the highest end of open wheeled motor racing. The 2012 season runs from March through November and consists of 20 Grand Prix™ races run on road course tracks, as well as some closed city streets circuits. The results of each race are combined to determine two annual World Championships, one for drivers and one for constructors (teams).

This season’s field of drivers features six world champions who account for 14 titles between them.  Reigning champion Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull are seeking their third consecutive drivers’ championship and constructor’s championship. Joining them in the grid will be seven-time champion Michael Schumacher (Mercedes), Fernando Alonso (Ferrari), who is seeking his third title, and past champions Lewis Hamilton (McLaren), Jenson Button (McLaren) and Kimi Raikkonen (Lotus).
