Details of the merger between the American Le Mans Series and Grand-Am Road Racing will be announced today, broadcasting live on SPEED and streaming on SPEED.com, alms.com and grand-am.com at 2:30 p.m. ET.
The new series will unveil the name, branding and logo for the new sports car series, as well as the new class names, set to take affect when the merger becomes official in 2014.
