Kamui Kobayashio probably didn't impress the gentlemen at Ferrari too well this weekend when he managed to crash an F60 into the wall at a demonstartion in Moscow, but the Japanese driver did his best to make up for the incident today.

After destroying much of the front end including the suspension, Kobayashi decided to bring the remaining portion of the nose cone to Eugene Kaspersky, owner of the internet secruity and antivirus software giant Kaspersky Lab and massive sponsor to the Scuderia team. Kaspersky was at the company's new headquarters this weekend in Moscow, which opened three months ago.

The accident came ironically after Kobayashi was quoted saying Formula One was too full of drivers who had money rather than those who could actually perform. The Japanese driver finished well last season, claiming eight top-10s and a podium finish en route to 60 points and 12th in the standings. He was released by Sauber at the end of the season for failing to come up with enough sponsorship money, despite an internet campaign that raised over £6 million from corporate investors and fans worldwide.

Currently there are no Japenese drivers in Formula One, although there is a high fanbase in the country and the Grand Prix at Suzuka is one of the most popular on the circuit for fans and drivers alike. Kobayashi has not been linked to the Italian team for next year as number two driver Felipe Massa is rumoured to be on his way out, but if there is a chance, let's hope he doesn't wreck any more Ferraris.
