The FIA World Motorsport council met for the final time this year to finalize the 2014 Formula One calendar. The major changes to the calendar sees Abu Dhabi take Brazil's position as the season finale on November 23. As expected, Russia and Austria were added to the calendar, while Korea, New Jersey and Mexico were left off the list. The season kicks off March 16 in Melbourne, Australia, which has been the usual season opener since 1996.
