Double the Action for 2013 Grand Prix du Canada
Two is always better than one, especially in the world of racing. Last year the Grand Prix du Canada featured one Ultra 94 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Canada by Michelin race, but this year drivers will compete twice at the historic Circuit Gilles-Villenueve.

The green flag for race one drops Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and drivers take the track for round four of the 2013 season Sunday at 10:30 a.m. IMSA Development Series drivers will enjoy the chance to be be shoulder-to-shoulder with FIA Formula 1 World Championship teams as the series runs its second feature race just prior to the Formula 1 race on Sunday.

Three Montreal natives call Circuit Gilles-Villenueve home. GT Racing teammates Etienne Borgeat and JF Laberge will battle with Pfaff/Alegra Motorsports' Chris Green to claim the home track title. In addition, Berthierville native Martin Harvey will be making his third consecutive Grand Prix du Canada appearance in the McDonald's/Lauzon Porsche entry.

Platinum Cup points leader Spencer Pigot will be back on track for Pfaff/Alegra Motorsports looking to repeat his podium finishes from the 2013 Victoria Day SpeedFest Weekend. Pigot's teammate, Green, is second in the Platinum Cup points standings with 34, trailed by SpeedMerchants' rookie driver David Ostella (32) who earned his first win in the series at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.Double the Action for 2013 Grand Prix du Canada
After two rounds of the Ultra 94 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Canada by Michelin Series, a battle has brewed among Pfaff/Alegra Motorsports team, SpeedMerchants and GT Racing, who are separated by only four points thus far this season.

In the Gold Cup, Tim Sanderson is racing under a new team name - Racing for Joanne's House -- and started off the season on fire. Sanderson swept the Victoria Day SpeedFest Weekend with two victories at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park and will look to continue his hot streak in Montreal.

Marco Cirone with Mark Motors Racing leads the Masters Championship. Cirone won both the first and second round races of the 2013 season and the Toronto-native is eager to get back on track with teammate Perry Bortolotti for round three. Close behind Cirone is Etienne Borgeat and Anthony Mantella, each with 34 points in the Masters Championship. Last year Borgeat finished on the top step of the podium at the Grand Prix du Canada.
