Lingenfelter Collection Open House
Lingenfelter Performance Engineering held its annual Collection Open House to benefit charity on Saturday, April 20. The event was held at Lingenfelter Motorsports in Brighton, Mich. at 819 Lochlin Drive.
Started in 1980 and owned by renowned automotive enthusiast, Ken Lingenfelter, the Lingenfelter Collection is one of the largest, most prestigious car collections in the United States and features 200-plus rare Corvettes, muscle cars and exotics, including a Bugatti Veyron, an Enzo Ferrari, and a Lamborghini Reventón.

Lingenfelter Performance Products staff, including Ken Lingenfelter and Mike Copeland, were on hand to answer questions about the latest Lingenfelter vehicles, products and services. New at the 2013 Open House event, Adam's Polishes held free detailing demonstrations and technical seminars on how to keep your car looking its best.
One of the highlights of the 2013 Lingenfelter Collection Open House was the appearance of this rare Falcon F7 - one of only three in existence - which was drew lots of camera flashes. Its 620-hp seven-liter mid-mounted V8 is surrounded by an aluminum / carbon fibre monocoque chassis that can be launched from zero-to-60 mph in about 3.5 seconds with a 10.9-second quarter-mile. Pricing starts in the mid-$200,000 range.
Admission to the Lingenfelter Collection Open House is free, with donations to the Lingenfelter Foundation being graciously accepted to benefit breast cancer awareness, Ele's Place, a healing center for grieving children located in Ann Arbor, Mich., as well as The Jeff Gordon Children's Foundation.
